The database cluster initaialisation failed

重試了很多次，問題依舊，最終通過上網搜索，按以下方法解決了問題：

database locale設置問題，不能選default了，選擇了Chinese或Chinese,Macau S.A.R.，剩下的一切順利。

（建議：采用Chinese,Macau S.A.R，對中文支持較好）
